Order Fulfilment

 At Padel Is Life, our commitment is to ensure swift and efficient order fulfilment. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for padel equipment enthusiasts. Here’s what you need to know about our order processing and delivery: 

Order Processing: We take pride in our efficient order processing. All orders will be dispatched within one working day of placing your order. Orders placed before 10h00 will be dispatched on the same day. Please note that orders placed during Public Holidays and promotional events may experience slight delivery delays. 

Delivery Timeframe: Once your order is dispatched, you can typically expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping fee of R125 per shipment will apply. In certain cases, deliveries to remote areas may require an additional delivery charge. Rest assured, you can easily track your order, and we will keep you informed via automated email notifications with tracking information. 

Returns & Exchanges 

We understand that your satisfaction is paramount when it comes to padel equipment. Therefore, we offer a flexible 30-day return or exchange policy to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. Here are the details: 

Return and Exchange Window: You have a generous 30-day window from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. 

Exchange Option: We are delighted to offer item exchanges of equal or greater value at no additional cost to you. 

Refund and Exchange Options: Depending on whether you would like to return or exchange the item, you can choose between the following options: 

  1. We can arrange a collection from your address for a return fee of R200 or you may opt to use your preferred shipping service at your own expense.
  2. You may exchange the product for another equal to or more than the value of your item. Please take note that you will need to pay the difference if you choose an item of greater value. 

Please note that certain items, such as Racquets, Balls, and Grips, are non-returnable. Additionally, coupons or promotional codes cannot be converted into cash or refunded. 

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following criteria: 

  1. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused.
  2. All tags must be attached.
  3. The item must be in its original packaging.
  4. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

Initiating a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or request an exchange, please contact us at info@padelislife.co.za and send the item(s) to Padel Is Life, Parkrand Padel Club, 10 Mocke Street, Parkrand, Boksburg, 1459. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will send you an email notification confirming its arrival. 

Shipping Costs 

When returning an item, you are responsible for properly packaging the item as well as the associated shipping costs. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable. To ensure the safe return of your items, we recommend using a traceable shipping service and considering shipping insurance, as the responsibility for the items remains with you until they are received and signed for by our staff. 

Damages and Issues 

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we take quality seriously. Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you have received the incorrect item, kindly contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it. 

Refunds 

You will be notified regarding the status of your refund once we have received and inspected your returned item. 

If the status of the refund request is approved, the refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that this refund process is facilitated through our third-party payment gateway system and may take up to 5 business days. 

Please be advised that coupons and promotional codes cannot be converted into cash or refunded. Certain types of goods such as racquets, balls and grips are also exempt from receiving a refund or exchange unless for manufacturing defects for which the manufacturer has acknowledged.
