Warranties 

When it comes to Padel racquets, each brand offers its unique warranty terms and conditions, covering materials and workmanship defects. Please note that warranties will not be granted under the following circumstances, as determined by the manufacturer: 

  1. Normal Wear and Tear: Padel racquets have a limited lifespan, and damage due to regular usage is not covered.
  2. Chips or Cracks from Impacts: Damage resulting from impacts with objects other than a ball is excluded.
  3. Wet Conditions: Damage incurred while playing in wet conditions or with wet balls is not covered.
  4. Tennis Ball Usage: Damage caused by using tennis balls, which are considerably heavier and harder than Padel Balls, is not included.
  5. Impact Damage: Any damage inflicted on the racket due to falling on it is not eligible for warranty.
  6. Misuse: Damage resulting from using the racket outside of its intended purpose is not covered.
  7. Commercial Use: Racquets used in a rental or commercial setting are not eligible for warranty claims.
  8. Impact with Objects: Damage caused by the racket impacting any object, such as walls, the ground, another player’s racket, the net, or the cage/fence, is excluded.
  9. Extreme Temperatures: Damage resulting from prolonged exposure to excessive heat or cold is not covered. 

If you have any warranty claims, please contact us on info@padelislife.co.za. It’s important to note that Padel Is Life operates as a retailer, procuring products from Distributors rather than directly from the brands. 

Upon receiving your email, Padel Is Life will confirm receipt and then advocate for the warranty with the Distributors, who will, in turn, engage with the manufacturers. Once feedback is received, you will be promptly informed. The final decision regarding warranties and exchanges rests with the manufacturer.
